2025 Spring Opening Day
Cost to Participate
No application or site fees for Spring 2025 Opening Day.
How to Apply
Potential vendors must complete and submit the 2025 Spring Vendor Application.
Businesses with children registered on a Spring team will be given preference.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent within 24 hours of application receipt.
Once Accepted, Submit:
· Signed Agreement
· Certificate of Insurance
Set-up and Tear-Down
Setup time is from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Tear down is from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Vendors must be set-up and ready to serve families by 8:30 AM.
Trash
Our dumpsters only have enough capacity for normal operations, so all trash must be taken off the grounds. Vendors leaving trash behind will be excluded from future event opportunities.
Vendor Area
Tents only, no trucks.
12' x 12' spaces will be marked out. Due to limited space, all setups must remain inside the defined area.
Vendor area is stone/gravel driveway. Sandbags or other weights must be used as tie-downs. Stakes may not be used.
No electricity available.
Parking
Each vendor will have one reserved parking space in the main lot.
Vehicles may not be parked with or near tents.
Weather
Baseball is a rain or shine event, though games can be cancelled if the weather makes play unsafe. Vendors may choose whether to participate or not based on the needs of their business. Notify [email protected] if deciding not to participate due to adverse weather conditions.
